8月15日的学生艺术展(Student Art Expo)得到了社区的热烈响应,MAGS对此感到十分欣喜——大家纷纷涌入F.W. Gamble Hall,争相购买心仪的艺术作品。
同样欣喜的还有我们的学生艺术家们,他们的作品被专业地展示出来,让家人和朋友们得以一睹其风采。当天,我们的学生音乐家们也在现场倾情演出,为社区氛围增添了不少活力,大家都乐在其中。
这场展览的顺利举办,离不开学生艺术负责人、教职员工以及社区志愿者们的辛勤付出。在此向所有参与者致以衷心的感谢。
当然,我们也离不开赞助商们的鼎力支持。特别要感谢我们的主要赞助商Green By Nature。
本次展览筹得的善款将用于支持视觉艺术部的驻校艺术家项目(Artist in Residence Programme)。
该项目邀请知名专业艺术家来校,与学生分享他们的创作过程,并在数天内与学生们携手合作,帮助他们完成自己的艺术作品。
对于我们心怀艺术梦想的学生们来说,这始终是一段十分宝贵的经历,而他们创作出的作品也正是这份收获的最好见证。

Student Art Expo 2026
MAGS was delighted with the response from the community to the Student Art Expo on August 15, with people flocking to the F.W. Gamble Hall and snapping up artworks.
Equally delighted were our student artists, who had their works professionally presented, allowing family and friends to see them in their full glory.The community vibe was augmented by our student musicians, who enjoyed performing throughout the day.
The show wouldn't be possible without the work of our student art leaders, staff and volunteers from the community. A big thank-you to all involved.
But we also could not do it without the help of our sponsors. In particular, a huge thanks to our primary sponsor, Green By Nature.
Funds raised from the show go towards the Visual Art Department's Artist in Residence Programme.
This programme brings in prominent, professional artists who talk to students about their process and collaborate with them over several days to help them to create their own artworks.
This continues to be such a valuable experience for our aspiring artists, and the results can be seen in the works that they produce.
