架桥计划 (Kakehashi)

6月10日星期三，我们和一群修读日语课程的11至13年级同学，一同前往奥克兰大学参加了“架桥计划”（Kakehashi，意为“连接两国的桥梁”）——一场日本文化交流活动。这是BDSC首次参与该活动，对我们和同行的同学来说，都是一次令人兴奋、终生难忘的经历。
我们被分配到不同的小组，组员来自奥克兰各所学校。与组内同学以及协助活动的日本留学生结交朋友，既让人紧张又充满乐趣。看到来自不同学校的学生齐聚一堂，共同感受日本文化的魅力，真的非常温暖。
活动中最精彩的部分，莫过于通过各种游戏和活动认识新朋友、与其他学校的同学建立联系。我们参加了日本文化知识问答，学到了不少关于日本文化、体育和语言的新知识；还参与了“反义词游戏”、猜字谜以及日本玩具体验等趣味活动，这些都帮助我们提升了语言能力，也拉近了彼此的距离。此外，我们还品尝了日本料理，并试喝了传统的日本绿茶。
总的来说，“架桥计划”是一场充满欢乐的活动，让我们结识了新朋友、建立了新友谊，更深入地了解了日本文化，留下了美好的回忆。

Kakehashi
On the Wednesday 10 June, alongside a group of Year 11-13 students taking Japanese, we had the opportunity to attend Kakehashi (“bridge between two nations”), a Japanese cultural event held at Auckland University. It was the first time BDSC has participated, which made it a very exciting and memorable experience for us and our fellow students.
All of us were placed into groups that had a mixture of students from different schools across Auckland, and it was both fun and nerve-wracking to make friendships with our team and the international Japanese students who were helping. It was so nice to see students from different schools come together to celebrate the Japanese culture.
One of the best parts was meeting new people and making connections with students from other schools through the games and activities. We competed in a Japanese trivia, which helped us learn new facts about the culture, sports, and language of Japan. We participated in fun Japanese activities such as the opposite game, charades, and exploring a selection of Japanese toys, that helped us strengthen our language and bonds. We also ate Japanese food and tasted traditional green tea from Japan.
Overall, Kakehashi was a fun event that helped us establish new relationships, make new friends, learn more about Japanese culture, and create great memories.
